A Lenten Visit

It was a beautiful afternoon last Wednesday and I just felt drawn to visit a holy site.  I was not disappointed.  The Blue Army Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima in Washington, NJ was almost deserted except for 2 or three people that day.  I have visited this shrine many times even before I entered Carmel.  I received an answer to prayer at this Shrine and I love to visit it when I need some peace and quiet.  It is also close to Flemington Carmel which is another place I love to visit.
