It felt awkward to be singing the "Exultet" during this Third Week of Lent.  We are still in the somber season, and there I was belting out the "rejoice you choirs of angels" melody!  That was what I was doing tonight as I began practicing for our Easter liturgical celebrations.  I was given the great commission of tackling this challenging chant because we have nobody else who is available to do it.  I can't believe we have less than a month till Easter!  Time is just rolling by.  My last day in this nursing home is April 4th.  I will be home in NJ to finish my packing, and then April 10th, off to the Motherhouse!  I'm slowly saying goodbye to everybody, in a quiet way.
