Last Sunday, our celebrant gave us a really nice and funny joke. It goes like this:
A mother was trying to convince her son to go to Sunday Mass. She found her son in bed this morning and mom said in exasperation:
Mom: "How many times should I tell you to get up and go to Church!"
Son: " I don't want to go to Church today!" and turned on his side.
Mom: "Why?
Son: "I'll give you two reasons: One, those people don't like me, and second, I don't like them!"
Mother: "Well, I'll give you two reasons why you should go. First, you're over 50 years old, and second, you're the Pastor of the Church!"
Ha.. ha. ha! Very funny Father!
